For Refining Action:
Apply cleanser on damp skin, one area at a time then proceed with the usage of the Salt Body Paddle. Start from the ankles with a steady yet gentle oval motion upwards towards the knees proceeding to the anterior, inner, and back thighs as well as buttocks. Proceed to stomach, sides, décolleté, arms and back. Pressure level: Gentle to medium is recommended.

For a Mineralization & Regenerating Action:
Apply lotion to wet skin, one area at a time, then proceed with the Salt Body Paddle application method listed above. Pressure Level: Medium to Firm is recommended.

For a Pro-Aging Action:
Apply body oil on dry skin then proceed with the Salt Body Paddle application method listed above. Pressure level: Soft to medium is recommended.

For Anti-Cellulite Action:
After applying your favorite body oil and/or lotion, use the Salt Body Paddle with a pulling or dragging motion on the skin to reduce adhesions on the connective tissue, working towards heart or in a circular motion around where cellulite appears on the skin surface. Pressure Level: Medium to Firm is recommended.
